How to Order

Currently all orders can be placed on the main website.
  1. Click “Add to Cart” on the product you want to order.
  2. Select “Checkout” and enter your contact and delivery information.
  3. Choose a payment method and follow the prompts.
  4. Click “Place Order”.
Links to download digital purchases are sent to your email address immediately after your payment clears in our account. Physical products are shipped via Aramex Couriers and delivered within 4 business days.

Payment Methods

  1. All orders must be accompanied by a payment.
  2. Orders without payments will automatically be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
  3. We accept immediate EFT, Bitcoin, Credit Card and Debit Card as payment method.
  4. We use the secure payment portal, PayFast for all internet payments.
  5. We accept no liability for any transactions made on the PayFast portal. Please visit their website for more information: https://www.payfast.co.za/
  6. We do not accept liability for buyers who use incorrect reference for their payments. It is every buyer’s duty to send us their proof of payment via email.
  7. We also accept direct payments to our business bank account. Only EFT payments are accepted.
  8. Eetplan Idees reserves the right to recover all cash deposit fees (levied from ATM / cash deposits) from the buyer.

Delivery

By purchasing PHYSICAL PRODUCTS on this page, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Delivery is only available in South Africa.
  2. Confirmed orders are shipped on business days via Aramex Couriers.
  3. Orders received and paid before 12:00 will be shipped the same day, provided it is a working day.
  4. Orders received and paid after 12:00 are shipped the next working day.
  5. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
  6. We do not take responsibility for any delays made by Aramex. Once your parcel is handed to the couriers, we are no longer in control.
  7. Orders are shipped without insurance.
  8. Any questions regarding delivery can be directed directly to Aramex Couriers at 087 353 0252.
  9. Buyers will receive a tracking code as soon as their order is shipped. It is every buyer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of their parcels at parcelcode.com or parceltrack.co.za.
  10. Buyers MUST provide a physical address and ensure that someone is at that address to receive the parcel. PO Boxes are not accepted. Aramex Couriers reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the delivery of parcels to farms, plots and / or outlying areas.
  11. Post Office orders must be collected within 30 days.
  12. We take no responsibility for parcels returned because no one could sign for it. Buyers must get the parcels back at their own expense.
  13. We do not accept liability for buyers who provide incorrect, incomplete or unreachable addresses or contact numbers.

Digital Purchases

By purchasing ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS on this page, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital products, no refunds on purchases from this category will be made.
  2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that he / she has access to an email address that will enable them to download external content.
  3. Please do not use your email to make purchases from this site if there are any electronic restrictions on your email address.
  4. For each digital product purchased, the buyer will receive an email with a link to download the product (s) they purchased.
  5. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they check their e-mails and have the necessary internet access and / or data to download the products within the specified limit.
  6. No refunds will be made if the above clause is not met.
  7. Download links cannot be reopened after a buyer missed the download period. The buyer must make the necessary arrangements to download their products in time.
  8. We take no responsibility for buyers who have not read these terms or have notified themselves of the full ordering process.
  9. Copyright on all products on this site is strictly reserved. Products are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed or shared. Offenders will be prosecuted.

Cancellations

  1. Physical products can only be canceled before the issuing of a tracking code. After this point, no cancellations will be possible as the package is out of our hands and already in the shipping process.
  2. All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
  3. No exchanges are made on physical products unless the buyer provides the necessary evidence that the product has been damaged prior to delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to order his / her chosen product in the correct language.
  4. Replacements for defective items are made if the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery, attaching the necessary evidence (eg photos) and returning the items in their original packaging.
  5. Due to the nature of digital items, no refunds or cancellations on purchases in this category will be made.

Returned Packages

  1. Buyers MUST provide a physical address and ensure that someone is at that address to receive the parcel. Mailboxes are not accepted.
  2. Aramex Couriers reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the delivery of parcels to farms, plots and / or outlying areas.
  3. We take no responsibility for parcels returned because no one could sign for it. Buyers must ensure that they provide an address where they (or someone else) will be available to receive the parcel between working hours.
  4. In case no one is available at a given address, the courier will attempt to contact the buyer via mobile phone to provide an alternative delivery time and / or alternative address within a limited radius.
  5. If the buyer is not available by phone, and no one is available at the given address, the parcel will be sent back to us on the third day.
  6. Buyers must get the parcels back at their own expense.
  7. We do not accept liability for buyers who provide incorrect, incomplete or unreachable addresses or contact numbers.
  8. Post Office orders must be collected within 30 days. The South African Post Office does not necessarily send out parcel pickup notifications. Buyers must monitor the progress of their parcels at Parcelcode or other web tracking pages.
  9. Post Office orders that are not collected within 30 days will be returned to us. Buyers must get the parcels back at their own expense.

Statement of Independence

Eetplan Idees exists and operates completely independently from any other organisation, group, social media page or individual propagating the 28 day diet.
  1. All websites, social media pages and 28 Day Diet content not obtained from or linked back to this site do not form part of our trademark.
  2. We do not accept or endorse information about the 28 Day Diet that does not carry our official trademark (i.e. logo).
  3. We declare that our books, products and resources are unique and we are the sole distributors of such content.
